"Three people have died in a shooting near a swimming pool in Lincolnshire, police have said.

Depends whether they committed the murders based on an ideology or not. If they're a Christian/Muslim/Hindu/Atheist, doesn't immediately make it terrorism.

I wasn't certain either way, am saying it for anyone's benefit really.
Police say they weren't involved in the death of the shooter so I assume he shot himself. That's not how terrorists operate.

I don't think anyone ever disputed that. 'Incidents' do seem to happen less when there are less guns though.
