Did the dirty by signing for Southampton after verbally agreeing to join us as Sami Hyppia's assistant.

No way would we want him now.

Presumably Sammy Lee didn't go to Everton because of his Liverpool connection? Normally the whole team goes with the manager to the new club.

Didn't go because he wasn't koemans appointment when he joined us. Him and Dave Watson ( ours and England's GK coach ) were club appointments. Sad to see Sammy leave if I'm honest, but the new guy has his own team. I'm very happy Watson will be remaining though.
