There's a lot of lovely Polish people just down the road here Trig. £12 inside and out They don't half graft, there's always a line out to the road, takes about ten minutes. Highly recommended. Cost about £20 in fuel for you though.
I find the guys adjacent to Kwik Fit Station Road Portslade to be good value

I paid the guys in Churchill Square (Car Park 1) to do it last time I was down there.

Agree that they do a great job, but you pay a premium for it. They're double what others charge! I pay £10 under the London Road viaduct. Good, fast service, inside and out.
