I really hope so!!!!!!!
I want to see this beast week in and week out. Will he cause havoc and score a shedload or will he get found out at this "level"?
If it happens, my money is on him scoring 20+in the PL.

I've finally got to the point where I don't get worked up by the wages or the money involved any more. Ultimately I view football like any other paid form of entertainment, I want to watch the best.

Everyone said a team outside the big 4 or 5 couldn't win it. They did.

Now lets have some more SILLY fun with Utd, City, Chelsea, Arsenal all going MEGA MONEY and buying world stars and let's enjoy some brilliant managers battling it out.

Sure, you can sit there with your arms folded and hate it, but I say just embrace it. Zlatan would be another lovely addition to the party.

Is that what Man Utd have become? A club where the biggest stars in the squad are the ones just going there to earn a last pay packet before they retire.

How the mighty have fallen. :)

You're late to the party.

I'm not sure I've ever cared about how much the players earn. If that was to put you off, then you can't really listen to popular music or watch blockbuster movies, as they get at least as much.

Zlatan is a prime example of the sort of players that the premier league is able to attract, big names on the way down looking for a big payday before ending their career in China/US.

None of the biggest clubs in the major leagues are after Zlatan, they are looking to buy players heading to their peak rather than rapidly heading down from their peak.

Premier League clubs being linked with Hummels, Gotze, Lewondowski, Lacazette, Pogba.....etc.. Never going to happen.

They'll get Messi when he's 32, Ronaldo will come back for another pay day when Real have the next big thing. We can't attract the best in the world, they all want to play in the best teams, not in the Premier League.

In fairness, these players want to be guaranteed titles. Leiecester just won the bloody premier league, it's too competitive. If you go to bayern or barcelona, you're pretty much guaranteed semi finals of the champions league and a league title.

Zlatan is an absolute KING and will tear the Premier League apart next season. The man is an unreal talent - I've no idea why he's so underrated in England.

This is why:

Ibrahimovic has faced English clubs 22 times over the course of his trophy laden career.

He’s only scored six goals in those matches though, an average of 0.3 per game, according to figures taken from worldfootball.net .

That’s far fewer than the 0.6 per game he’s averaged against the other clubs and countries he’s played.

I'm surprised Sky haven't launched a new channel this week - Sky Sports Jose. Sky are like a 13 year old lad that has just discovered his todger and internet porn, they simply cannot stop furiously masturbating over the prospect of Mourinho joining Man Utd, its pitiful really.

In fairness, he did score probably the greatest goal of all time against England a couple of years ago.

Interesting selectorial issue for Jose there - Rashford, Ibra, Martial, Cup Hero Lingard and one Mr. Wayne Rooney.

True, true.... but Ryan Harley scored a decent free kick once..... not for one second putting Zlatan and Harley in the same bracket.

People will base an opinion on a player from what they have seen, Zlatan is well hyped, but hasn't done it against English clubs in the Champions league, that is why people here don't have a high opinion of him, it's what they have seen.

If he does join Man Utd I have no doubt he will get 17-20 goals next season, but will he get them against the teams that matter, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs? Or will he fill his boots against Burnley, Boro, West Brom and Sunderland?

Interesting selectorial issue for Jose there - Rashford, Ibra, Martial, Cup Hero Lingard and one Mr. Wayne Rooney.

And Wilson....
