For a minute, I wondered where this quoted sentence was going...

"She had been found in the woods and had been decapitated. I asked the vet whether there was any chance..."

Our cat was set upon by two individuals by their Staffordshire terrier. Our lovely cat killed. Society far too lenient, and fines are pointless £60!!!!!
RSPCA have no power, and police do not want to know.

Very sad for the owners of course and I agree that punishments for such crimes are too lenient. But what's more worrying is the state of mind of someone who would actually do this. Clearly shows aggressive, psychopathic tendencies.

there are unfortunately some very sad ,sick individuals around
I can only say what I have always said DO NOT LET YOUR ANIMALS OUT AT NIGHT
the world has beccome a very sad place when someone has to take out there anger in defencless animals

To do something like that is disgusting.

The law needs to be changed and come down very heavily on scum causing extreme animal cruelty.
