Best position unknown, possibly winger (in a squad full of wingers)
Has played upfront but kept getting offside.
Reports suggest possible stroppiness.

We should try him once more with the instruction to not enter the opponent's half unless he has possession at which point he is to dribble to the opponent's goal and score. If he succeeds, we play him a second time; with the same instruction. If he fails, we offload.

File under 'You can't win 'em all' - see Chicksen, Agustien, Holla, etc. Sell, loan, offer him a cut price pay-off.

If all else fails, shoot him!
