Provided Ankergren signs the new deal, wouldn't he and Lua Lua be the only players left who played at the Withdean still in the squad (providing Sidwell doesn't re-sign).

He did, and was also a late sub in the league match against Swindon on March 26 2011.
He started two league games, and was a sub in three more. He made his debut in the title winning 2010 - 11 season.

Others in the squad have probably played at Withdean AGAINST Albion; Baldock certainly has, for MK Dons.
I stand corrected, Dunk's debut was in 2010 away to MK Dons the season before: http://www.skysports.com/football/mk-dons-vs-brighton/teams/210512 and not the season I listed above.
