I'm a Boro fan
20+ years as a season ticket holder at the Riverside and Ayresome park
Seen it all , been there , got the T shirt.

A lot of bleating on here about Ramirez.
1) you lot targeted him from the off and he got fouled loads, a clear target from the off.
2) the ref was lenient in the yellows that he didn't give for booting Ramirez around the park
3) Boro had nothing to do with the sending off, Ramirez showed dean his leg , decision was Deans
4) even with 11 men you were never going to score 2 . Sure we sat back but against 10 men why not
5) save your anger for someone else
6) we used to like Brighton but the bitterness on here has changed many minds.

1) We'll never know what Hughton instructed our side to do, but there's been no obvious sign we've targeted any players this year. With the quality we had, there was no need. Ramirez on the other hand is well known for his theatrics. Indeed, even when he suffered his injury, the Sky commentators stated he was milking it. They retracted that, when they saw the injury, of course, but his reputation preceded him.

The spat with Stephens immediately before the sending off was because Ramirez had gone down clutching his face when Greer had won a header over him FROM BEHIND. He got up when he realised the referee was not going to fall for his fakery and you can clearly see Dale Stephens say to him repeatedly "What were you holding your face for?"

2. "Ramirez is milking it" - impartial commentators. I rest my case m'lud.

3. THAT HAS BEEN OUR WHOLE ****ING POINT. WE HAVE NO ISSUE WITH BORO PLAYERS NOR FANS. OUR ISSUE IS WITH MIKE DEAN. WHY CAN YOU PEOPLE NOT GET THIS?

4. Never? Really? Against a side that was going to shit it and sit back? Let's be clear, again, no one here would claim we would have got a second. We are no more able to say that than you are able to say we wouldn't. What we are saying is the red card robbed us of our best opportunity. Nothing more, nothing less.
