A fantastically enjoyable season. Of course we're gutted. I am personally more gutted than an entire refrigerated lorry full of plaice fillets.
But the wonderful football and the obvious team spirit and commitment to the cause from the players (a joy to see in this age of overpaid prima donnas) has been an absolute pleasure.
Thanks to the team, so committed and so unlucky. We fought for years to save this club, lads. Last night you did us proud. The first half last night was the best I have ever seen the Albion play. EVER.
The disappointment will fade! Ok, we're not going to Old Trafford next season. But I for one am looking forward to going to Burton
