I know there have been many similar threads but, I wanted to share this with you.
This morning as I walked up Western Road, coming out of the sun light was the BHAFC Sussex By the Sea bus, the bus that has since been dedicated to our own late Matthew Grimstone. Staring at it coming towards me, I got goose bumps, a shiver went through my body and after I was left with an amazingly positive feeling.
Until today, I have been very downbeat, we have had one hell of a season and finally within touching distance of the promise land, we came up short.
We have had a spate of injuries and (IMO) the FA has done as much as it can to derail our glorious push but it hasn’t derailed us, it has galvanised us, we are where we are through team spirit, grit and determination and since seeing that bus today, I feel nothing but positivity.
I am convinced this is written in our future and we BHAFC are going to get what we deserve.
