Does anyone know if that Harveys bar outside the stadium will be open pre-match Monday? And if so when will it open?

'Upon arrival
On the bandstand we have fans’ favourite Sussex Steel taking to the stage from 6.15pm.
The Hop Bar in the Fanzone will be open for this game and we will once again have Football Pool on offer for young fans to try.
Dick’s Bar is open from 4pm and the Seven Stars from 4.30pm. The 1901 Club lounges will be open from 5.15pm and the concourses will be open from 6.15pm.'
So looks like the bar is open but not sure when from. Bandstand from 18.15 so I guess it will definitely be open then.
