Anyone else's direct debit not come out yet? just wondered if there was a glitch of sorts or a delay for the renewal process and for it all kick in with the new 2016/17 figures

Two sth in this household, both direct debits taken for April and May. I would ring the ticket office, if I was you.

Mine wasn't taken (I've recently changed banks and the first instalment went out okay, so I'm not sure what went wrong this month) Paid this month's by card but hoping for no problems next month

My 2 havent come out either although fine last month. Just spoke with supporter services and they have taken the payment manually via debit card as they could see the DD had failed. And he didnt charge me the DD failure fee, how very generous of them
