Gorgeous weather today....do you bother with sun cream? I had a similar mole removed from my calf couple of years ago and end up at least once a year having some sort of sun related treatment....or is it a case of 'it won't happen to me'

I was never that bothered until I came here. I have met many people who regularly have chunks of skin removed, in fact it is rather rare to meet anyone over 50 from the farming community who hasn't got it. A friend of mine from Zim has had it since he was 20. Met a guy the other day who has it on his lips - ouch!

So yes, if I am spending longer than 5 minutes outside I slap it on.
