Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, but by avoiding defeat yesterday the team broke a club record for fewest league defeats in the season.
Only five losses - beats the previous record of six, which was set in the Southern League 106 years ago.
Whatever the outcome of this season, a record of played 46, won 24, drawn 17 and lost just 5 is a magnificent achievement. First team for 17 years not to get promoted after getting 89 points.
