Daniil Kvyat demoted by Red Bull seemingly for a collision with Vettel.

Considered by many to be a very talented youngster, even out scoring his red bull team mate Daniel Ricciardo in his first season. Even defended by Jenson Button after this rash decision

Jenson's trolling Red Bull ... because if he's seriously defending Kvyat, he's not learned anything about F1 despite being in the sport for so long.

The reality is that the Russia collision with Vettel was nothing more than the catalyst to bring forward a decision that was going to happen anyway. Kvyat outscored Ricciardo last year on points, but the simple fact of the matter is that he was comprehensively beaten by Ricciardo once you take account of the reliability issues the team had last year - and was in the process of being smashed again this year. The team were pretty clear before the season started that if any of the drivers didn't perform, they'd be dropped. That's what's happened and Kvyat's actually lucky that RBR don't have another youngster ready to step up into F1 immediately.

So ex-Red Bull driver Vettel goes right up to his old boss Christian Horner while the race is going on and tells him Kvyat is - so to speak - a kyvnt, and within days the Russian is axed. Job done Seb!
