You have to say, fair play to the teams in the top two divisions with nothing left to play for. The Championship in particular has had plenty of games featuring teams with little riding on it, but those teams have certainly turned up. QPR gave a good account of themselves until we scored, and the same against Burnley, Birmingham did against Boro (and Burnley previously), Derby at ours yesterday and even Charlton weekend before last. Apart from Fulham (who looked shìt after the first half hour), have there been any teams that look like they are on the beach? Under-performing players playing for a new contract seem to have a big incentive to do their best. But for all that, it's quite good that we don't have to rely on the integrity of third parties to determine the fate of the promotion places.

Same goes for the top division. But a Spurs fan at work amused me - he was moaning that teams have rolled over against Leicester but raised their games against against Spurs. "Look at West Brom, for example". Er, they did exactly the same away to Leicester about 3 weeks ago you fcknut. :dunce:
