Did we have any sell on fees for Leo, as Leicester have won the league and are now playing champions league football?

Sell on fees only come into play when they sell him on.

I think you mean add ons. We definitely had one for them staying up last year, I believe there was one about them staying up this year, too. I don't know if we considered the possibility of them winning the title...

That isn't how I read it (the plural form of fee would seem to rule out that interpretation), but who really knows?

That is the problem with terminological inexactitude.
