Alas, could it be true? Have we seen the last of our legendary striker? or will we bust him out of the garage (A team style), akin to some suped-up Chevrolet of yore, preferably with jelly suspension, to protect those olde joints! Not to mention Kemy at the wheel, what a ****ing 'executive' baller. I pity the fool. Indeed.
The stage is set... One last moment in the sun, one last ball in the back of the net.
Where is the horse gone? where the rider?
Where the giver of treasure?
Where are the seats at the feast?
Where are the revels in the hall?
Alas for the bright cup!
Alas for the mailed warrior!
Alas for the splendour of the prince!
How that time has passed away, dark under the cover of night,
as if it had never been.
