A very good Manzanilla, beautifully dry and drunk chilled. I knew a girl called Sherry once, but she didn't taste very nice.

I wish I could remember. It was one of the offerings in La Venencia in Madrid, where I spent a happy hour or so trying more sherry than made sense.

No, Middle Street. Sherries backed onto The Crystal Rooms amusement arcade which was in West Street. Both owned by the same organisation I think.

I knew it was down the road from the Spotted Dog (I used to work for Courages!) and that was in Middle Street, I guessed the road didn't change it's name but maybe it does.
