A few pints of Harvey's at lunch time. Now on Campo Viejo, Rioja. I haven't got any nails left to bite.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
Just downed a bottle of Estrella Galicia, along with a large plate of patatas alioli, which had more alioli than patatas. My 5th day in Madrid and, for being vegetarian, I am sick to death of potatoes and bread. I love them. I really do. But not only them. I return tomorrow and will sprint toward a quorn aisle somewhere, to buy pretend meat to have with broccoli and butter beans and not a single droplet of oil.
Anyway, come on the brummies!!!

I've missed these threads, so thanks delightful overlord.

The Mrs and I are having a nice Greek white from M&S, now finishing up a north-east Italian red from Lidl, and then moving on to a winery that is one of the best kept secrets from Ribera del Duero: Pagos de los Capellanes Joven 2012.
