As a point of order (but not in any way to give credence to the OP), lithium would be released by the NASA rockets (something which they are actually doing) in vapour form, but this wouldn't cool to a solid as solid lithium is extremely unstable in air, particularly where water is around. It would more likely react into some compound containing lithium, probably lithium hydroxide. There's still quite leap in faith to think that leads to government mind control though.Wiki tells us that Lithium is a solid and it becomes liquid at 180.5 Celsius and gas at 1330 Celsius.
At 30-40 thousand feet [where aircraft VAPOUR trails occur] the air temperature is circa MINUS FORTY Celsius.
So anyone with a simple grasp of physics will deduce that Lithium in gas form high in our atmosphere is NOT possible.
Also, the dilution from that height would mean that by the time these chunks of metal molecules reach ground level its density and strength, and therefore effect, will be a very small number close to ZERO. I guess there are a few conspiracy theorists who will grab at any story like this.
Or have I just been hooked

I particularly like the bit about 'mind altering micro dust' & 'fungi' falling from the sky.
It genuinely concerns me that people who believe this stuff roam the streets.
It starts of talking about how people have researched spraying populations in Africa to protect them. No where does it say from 40,000 ft or even a plane. Then they say that it is proof that we are being poisoned via chemtrails.
