Starting to see a load of new fans and you can spot them a mile away. In the north tonight they had "Beards" and primark jeans. Is this really the type of people we want folllowing our club? I would rather pay more per season and keep our class.

I guess unless you have been supporting for 125 yrs, then most of us are new fans.

Let's welcome anyone new who is keen to support the Albion or change our name to UKIP and Hove Albion.

you're an idiot.

In 50 years would you rather our club have no fans and a poor following? The more fans, the better - Don't be a bigot

How dare you call him a bigot - he was the one who said women should be banned from attending away games.

As long as they're not negative fans, then the more the merrier. Being new doesn't come into it. I love it that there are several people I know who only really latched on at The Amex but now have massive enthusiasm for all things Albion. And more importantly their kids are Brighton through and through.

I'm not sure he's a bigot, but he's a troll. I'm not convinced he's a naive 14 year old now.

Slightly amusing sight last night was a scarfed-up middle aged couple being gently escorted from N1G by a steward at half time. They were both carrying full pints of lager and looked suitably embarrassed, bless their little first-timer cotton socks.

I've had a season ticket for 3 seasons now and soon to be 4th. I went to the withdean a few times but now I can not get enough of following the Albion. As I have said before I used to support man utd (que verbal abuse) I had no reason to, I only did because my family do, I have managed to get one family member to get a season ticket next year and my cousin does a podcast about the Albion weekly. I love watching Brighton and can't understand why either my mum or dad didn't take me to see my local club.
Any ways though I love watching Brighton (I could go on)

Welcome. The more people like you the better.

PS can I also interest you in The Labour Party?
