Best Broadband and Phone only deals

Trying to keep my mind off the match, no nails left to bite....

About to leave Sky and want a low cost broadband and phone only deal.

Broadband ADSL (not fibre) , unlimited download
Phone free at weekend and if possible (though not really necessary) during the week
Two email addresses and email storage preferred

I got a decent BT deal with 40mb fibre Internet, TV, all sports including their 4K Ultra HD channel plus a phone line I don't use. I pay £42.99 a month, but got £125 sainsburys voucher as well as £150 in cash back. Means over the 12 month contract I end up paying about £240 or £20 a month.
