They have already failed to reach the play offs, best position is 7th for them.

or 25% if the 15k is not hit.

Prices also frozen

Does smell of cash flow issues a bit though

I'd take that bloke offering any sort of refund with a large pinch of salt.

I'm assuming it applies to next season. Say they sell the 15,000 tickets, and finish 12th. I'd be willing to bet a fairly decent sum that none of the fans see a penny of that promised refund.

Great idea, but that's approximately a £2.25m payout if they don't reach 6th place next season.

Big gamble.

Perhaps they're relying on their usual 35 live TV appearances per season to keep the cashflow up.

Dirty Leeds have probably doubled the price of their season tickets in the first place!

Season ticket ticking time bomb, it's got a whiff of "Arthur Flower and the Christmas Club Money" about it.

I'm guessing it'll be better for Championship teams to be making the trip to Leeds c. late March onwards by which time play-offs will be a mathematical impossibility, Cellino will be holed up with Shergar and Lord Lucan and the natives will be getting restless.
