Real shame Orient blew it in the Play Off final two years ago. Would much rather have been playing then than Rotherham

Why ? Kevin Nolan is very highly thought of at Bolton, & with only a couple of months managerial experience at Orient, he's not going to be snowed under with offers.

Bolton have had a terrible season, with a terrible manager, big financial troubles, all ending in relegation.
We're not the first & others have climbed back up,.... so with new owners in & the worst of the money problems settling down, it's a difficult but good job for an intelligent & ambitious young manager.
There aren't many managerial vacancies at clubs where it's all going swimmingly.
