Think that has happened before hasn't it so sounds feasible. Or maybe the Jehovahs witnesses booked it out on Saturday again?

Roads are being prepared for the Marathon on Saturday with barriers and closures.

And Mini Mile in Preston Park all day, the exhibition and setting up the village which will disrupt traffic. Plus I imagine increased security in the town.
