This topic is up on the LUFC forum, and I think it makes for interesting reading

Since taking over at Rotherham United on 16th February 2016, the Millers have won six, drawn two and lost just the first two matches of his reign (away games at Burnley and Reading).

During his tenure, the team have scored 15 and conceded 9.

The previous 34 matches had seen them win just 8 times, drawing 5 and losing the other 21, with 38 goals scored and 59 conceded.

Burnley are top with 80pts from a possible maximimum of 123 points after 41 matches. Extrapolating the numbers, if Rotherham played the entire season with the same points ratio they've enjoyed since Warnock took over, they would currently be top with 82pts.

I know that's a lot of what ifs and buts and pure speculation, but he's one hell of a motivator, isn't he ?

Warnock is a man a lot of us love to hate (certainly us in the Thames Valley at least), but you have to take your hat off to him

... all of which begs the question : is Warnock that good or has that squad been under-performing all season ?

What do you say??
