That team looks good to me Mark, I'd go with that as well. Although maybe I would have Knockeart behind Hemed rather then Skalak.

After Brum and my shock/horror at selection, I've lost the plot with picking teams. Whatever CH believes gets us 3 points will do for me

Let Skalak play where he wants, just have him on the pitch to take all the free kicks and corners.

Don't change stuff now just because. Skalak's skill is crossing, so leave him wide. If Knockaert was going to be a forward it would have been done by now, leave him midfield. Back to usual 4-4-2 I reckon with Wilson starting. Possibly Sidwell starting instead of Kayal to rest him (not my choice but a hunch)

Can I be potentially controversial for a moment?

I wouldn't start Skalak. I know he's the man in form, but I'm far from convinced that he's a better option than Jamie Murphy or Anthony Knockaert (both of whom played very decently against a stronger opponent than Birmingham).

A 4-4-2 formation has worked wonders all season, and I only really get concerned when I see that tinkered with. For me, the line up should look like this:

Stockdale

Bruno, Goldson, Dunk, Rosenior

Murphy, Stephens, Kayal, Knockaert

Hemed, Wilson.

Applying the use of logic, if we now have have in Skalak a top quality crosser it therefore makes sense to select Lua Lua as he is the man most likely to win us corners and free kicks around the penalty area.
