Removing the word 'PREPARED' from it.

Maybe it's so they don't get done under the trades description act as they drop into the Championship!

It would have been appropriate for them to have replaced "Prepared" with "Meeow".

The dull reason is intellectual property rights.

Trade marked images have a lifespan until they become public domain and free to use.

Arsenal, Chelsea and seemingly now Villa have redesigned their badges to protect their IP and revenues.
