After looking up hero options on the internet, i could not find much information about them neither the software packages they use. They were asking me to give them money directly so they can trade on my behalf, it couldn't be any worse. It did, the abusive guy came back on and started calling me a ****** because I was too scared to get rich. He was enjoying models company in his new porsche (never mind the fact he isn't a trader, he's a tele-salesman....).

Reported them to the fraud investigators who said they've begun an investigation into their company. Haven't heard from them since December, but I doubt they've been completely finished.
