Samir Carruthers' suspension leaves MK Dons boss Karl Robinson short of central midfielders to face Brighton.
Ben Reeves is injured, Jake Forster-Caskey is ineligible to play against his parent club, while Carruthers has been suspended by the club after his behaviour at the Cheltenham Festival.
Brighton hope Bobby Zamora can return after he missed the win over Reading.
He is likely to be on the bench though, with James Wilson set to start after getting the winner against Reading.
