Half of Burgess Hill has been out of power all morning.

Obviously the mobile phone masts are off.

Now the ETA for a fix is expected to be 2:30pm - if that doesn't slip further.

Ha Ha, I read it as being today when it's 2016 BUT it also today. Maybe not such a large area. Burgess Hill came back on at 1:00.

Went off for about 4 hours overnight, then again around 10am for another 3 hours here…….

A power outage in parts of Horsham as well earlier today, l was prevented from purchasing a new sweatshirt in M & S!

All seemed to be hunky dory in Cowfold though, just 7 miles down the road.
