Don't know about the record but Johnny Cantor said the last time we'd achieved 5 in a row was 2004. Good omen that!

Our record clean sheets is 6 and that was in 2000. This is a good year for setting records what with our unbeaten run at the start. Shame about our blip.

I think (incredibly though it may sound) that Nicky Rust had 5 shut outs in a row circa 1994/5?
Cartwright and Kuipers may also have achieved this in 2000?

This is certainly a great achievement and pretty much coincides with when Rosenior came back into the team. No coincidences there as he’s looked very assured for the most part and helped to calm the waters at the back.

Yes I'm glad you highlighed this, it's a formidable achievement, and doesn't seem to have really been highlighted elsewhere. A crucial time of the season to be achieving shut outs too. Long may they continue
