where the hell is this? I thought maybe it was on north street at the end of bond street, but i just checked google street view and it isn't.
It can only be brighton though. Don't you just love the place
this dinlo was last seen along the lewes road with a bloke playing an electric guitar and had a poncy pink collection bucket blocking the pavement

I think it was last week, when this goofy knob was throwing that blue ball at passers by up near the churchill sq corner!, one passer by took offence and kicked it under a passing bus, Fantastic!. made me really laugh!.
