Arrived at the stadium at 7.50pm yesterday as caught in the traffic. No programme sellers at the booths on the way up the path from the station, no programme sellers on the West Upper concourse.

Did no one think to tell these guys that the kick-off had been delayed for 15 minutes and they should stay in place?

I shall be emailing the club.

Rant over.

Emailed the club. Apology next day and programme in the mail. Excellent customer service!

They sell them in the shop. Could have just bought one from there?

Arrived late on Tuesday, had to worm the cat.

Imagine my despair upon arrival, NO pies left.

Any road up, faxed the club and result...pie in the post and profound apology.

I'm in charge of those booths so email it direct to me.
I made the decision to close them at approximately 7.48.
the concourse up from the station was deserted as all the fans that were due had already passed.
So made no sense to stay.
Programmes as on sale around the ground at half time and in the shop after the game.

Can't remember the last time I bought a programme. They're boring.

Sorry.

Just to confirm, any queries on programmes (either relating to this thread) should go via supporter services please. They will be able to assist. We appreciate Mr Programme Seller is trying to be helpful, but it would be much better feedback is made direct to the club. Thanks.
