Relive a cracking strike against the Owls in an FA Cup Semi-Final
Jimmy Case
Brighton 2-0 Sheffield Wednesday
16th April 1983, FA Cup Semi-Final, Highbury

The player
Jimmy Case was a sharp-shooting, hard-as-nails midfielder who joined the Seagulls in the summer of 1981. Although he made a slow start to life on the south coast, he really came into form for the Albion in the FA Cup in 1982/83, scoring against Liverpool, Manchester City and Norwich City to help Brighton progress in a famous cup run.
The goal
Tony Grealish backheeled a free-kick to roll the ball to Case, who hit an incredible blockbuster of a shot that ripped into the net, past a helpless Bob Bolder.
