And the sparrows and the robins, etc. First day of (theoretical) spring. Time to sort out nest boxes, if you're bothered. East-facing is best, but north facing is ok too. Hole size is very important! Ooer!

i am constantly considering tits........they are a think of beauty and frequently drive me to distraction , there are few sights more moving than a pair of splendid young tits jostling , nestling , bouncing around in the nest.... :thumbsup:

You can buy metal plates to put over the openings to stop this. Different sizes for whatever birds are nesting.
