Yeah I was thinking similar, came across as fairly knowledgeable without being either preachy or making it about himself, which is better than most manage!

Should have been TRAINING
Training days/ Days off are negotiated on a week to week basis dependent upon fixtures, so might be a day off. I was very surprised when I found out that they quite often train on Sundays
