They are including the conference I think. Tranmere, Chester and Wrexham are all on that map.

Yeah, I think you're right. There is a dot over in Kent, must be Dover.

It looks like nobody lives in Norfolk or Cumbria as well.

If Birmingham City have 958,598 potential supporters in 2nd place, how come Villa, less than 1.5 miles away, can only have 406,088 and not even in the top 50 ?

Down to geography I imagine. From memory Birmingham is furthest south so everyone living to the south is nearest them, going north you have WBA, Walsall, Villa all infringing on each other's territory.
