Every year in the budget we hear of a penny going on or off a pint. When was the last time you bought a pint with an odd amount. Everywhere I go they always charge an even 5p or 10p Even Wetherspoons charge me £3.05 when it use to be £2.99, sorry about the love affair with spoons.
