Sausage meat with maple syrup. I read it in a John Grisham book and was feeling hungry, so I put the book down and made myself some. Very nice with bacon too.

As a school boy always loved Pancake Day as the next day was Ash Wednesday which going to a C of E school meant a trip to St Matthews church then the rest of the day off.
