iPad wifi issue, dropping signal. Can anyone help?

As per the title, my iPad has become a bit temperamental with regards to keeping a wifi connection, it's not the signal itself as my phone etc are all connected. The network shows and allows me to connect briefly, but then cuts in and out. I've reset the network settings, I've reset the router, I've done the home button-sleep button reset. Does anybody have any suggestions? Cheers

Happened to me 18 months back. Would constantly be searching for other wifi connections. Right pain. I kept resetting and eventually it stuck. Can't remember now but I may have erased all content but NOT SURE. I got so desperate I was just resetting and erasing anything. Been alright for a year now but not sure what I did. Good luck.

Sometimes if you turn off the "Ask to join" option in Settings>Wi-Fi. that will change the way it looks for new networks.
Of course then you have to login manually, but once logged in it should solve your problem.
