Brighton & Hove Albion elite women’s and girls’ football manager, Tracy Doe, was on hand to give us an update on the women's programme at the club, from the centre of excellence and the development squad, through to the first-team squad.ALBION’S DEVELOPMENT SQUAD face Charlton Athletic at the University of Greenwich on Sunday, kick-off 2pm. It will be the first match in almost three weeks for Amy Merricks’s side, after last week’s game against Chichester City was postponed.

She told seagulls.co.uk, “It will be nice to get a game in and get back to league action. We want to get some momentum going again and we’re looking to improve on how we did against Charlton last time [won 1-0].
*
“We’re looking to be more clinical against them and more effective in the final third.”
