I believe he's already done both those things.
Murray's misfortune is that he excels in back-to-back mini-eras dominated by arguably two of the greatest tennis players of all time in Federer and Djokovic. Before these guys, the best players going back in time were Nadal, Hewitt (arguably), Ivanisevic and Sampras - I'd argue that Murray would have been vying for #1 status with any of these players if he'd been in his pomp at the same time as any of them, but since then, Federer and Djokovic have just been sensational players, with Murray not far behind.
Murray should always be remembered for what he has achieved despite their presence. Olympic Gold and Davis Cup winning for his country, and two grand slams including Wimbledon.
Yes, but it is fair comment. Since Murray's 2012 US Open win, it's 13-2 to Djokovic head to head. However, Murray did beat him only last year, so it's not mission impossible:

I'm sure they'll be along soon enough, normally only takes a mention of Murray or Farah to sound the alarm bells.
Great achievement for her though, with Watson (when on form/fully fit) we've two very decent women's players. Shame that Robson has been injured for so long as she was looking promising as well.

Great win by Johanna today, Has a real chance of the final looking at the Draw. She has beaten top 10 players on a regular basis since the US open last Sept. Will be top 32 after this week and has virtually no ranking points to defend for 4 months so will move up the rankings significantly by the time the French open takes place. Lived in Britain for 11 years since the age of 14 and as an adult has chosen us as her country so no question on her Britishness in my opinion.f
