I moved house today and my computer was turned off too long and the wireless keyboard and mouse have 'lost contact' anyone know how to reset them?

Depends.. the older ones had a receiver with a button you can press, normally attached to USB. Otherwise do they work before the OS starts up?

Does your computer have inbuilt Bluetooth or does your keyboard/mouse connect via a USB dongle?

Are they Bluetooth or USB? If Bluetooth I think you can just scan, from the computer, for nearby devices.

Though operating the computer without a mouse a d keyboard could be challenge.

I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, there is a reset/connect button on each that you need to press once you turn back on after a disconnect... failing this, try online on your phone and see what comes up

Try putting dongle in different usb port, so it re finds them!

How long was your computer turned off for, mine is off for over two weeks when I go on holiday and I have never lost connection
