Nothing against the club at all... But their team.

I've never seen a better example of 'power football' than Blackburn & Bolton the last few seasons. It must be hideous to watch each week. Every single throw or free kick in our half was launched into the box. They 'tackled' with a mixture of WWE throws & elbows everywhere - must've been about 5 seperate incidents of our lads taking knocks to the head... Took physical to a new level..!

As for their recruitment / scouting, it must be a) how tall is he? b) how big is his kick? c) how far can he throw it?

Rhodes & Conway must hate having to play alongside most of that lot. Be grateful for your Amex season ticket - at least when we're shit it's not like that! Anti-football crap which also made it hard for us to play football!

Rant over, sorry.

And yet they've just signed Simeon Jackson

Really odd signing, but probably taken from the 'shite kids football manger rule book' of lump it to the quick forward for him to run onto and score.

I do agree with everything you've said btw.

Doesnt a manager have to set his team out to do the best they can with what they have.

Yes. And what does that have to do with the thread?

I'm sure Mr Rhodes would like to play his football for B&HA

He appears to be suggesting that if you have a £10m+ striker and two quality wingers, you can get the most out of them by hoofing, elbowing and hurling.

Because what they have are cart horses so would they expect to enter and win the Derby with them. So it is for The Championship the players they have in the main arent good enough and if the chicken farmers want to get promotion they need to buy better players to complement the couple of decent ones they have.

From the stream it looked like that Chris Brown chap is a reasonably unlikeable sort. All elbows.

Offered to shake Goldson's hand after he'd elbowed him and Goldson refused and just pointed to the lump coming up on his eye. Good lad Goldson, don't get yourself bullied by old timers. Should have asked him when he last scored a goal as well
