Suprised he lasted this long after their showing at The Amex as I know many disagreed but I thought that they were the worst team that has played there this season. They had no plans , no organisation and absolutley dire.

A bit surprised given the success of last season's promotion. But his preseason recruitment was disasterous. They lost a few players, recruited hardly anyone and then started to panic buy which became a shambles when players declined their offers.
