THIS

In the Championship, we should be ( should have been ) bringing through youngsters even at the expense of losing games whilst ensuring our Championship status.

But we are still in the situation of playing 'seniors' ( some of whom are costing us dearly ) rather than using them to promote new blood. What IF we ever arived at the PL, we would have to ditch them PDQ to have any chance of survival. That with perhaps two or three exceptions.

Our current plan / policy is never going to get anywhere.

I think the board needs to have a reality check !

LuaLua will not start, he is nowhere near fit. He looked knackered after 5 mins of being on and lost the ball more than actually giving it to anyone, don't think he'll start for a good few weeks

From what's been said on here Dunk didn't have a bad game apart from his slip so not sure we should drop him ... even tho' too many errors recently. Lua Lua clearly isn't ready to start yet. What's the problem with Wilson? Started off his spell with us like a house on fire and has steadily gone downhill.

My team would be:

Greer if fit or Goldson
Dunk
Ridgewell

Knockaert
Manu
Baldock
Zamora

Baldock probably has no more than 45 mins in him after coming back from injury so Hemed and Wilson to replace him and Bobby after 45-60 mins. I would start Baldock as we need our strongest possible eleven out there from the start. Murphy apparently continued his poor run of form so I would give Elvis one more opportunity playing out wide.

Just play Knockaert, LuaLua, Baldock and Zamora from the start. I don't rate Baldock as a goalscorer but will at least show more movement than lead legged Hemed.

Why we shipped out JFC and continue to play an ageing crofts is beyond me. I'm not a massive lover of JFC but he's a better option than crofts who for me is someone to break up play and that's it really.
