He looks pretty good 14 goals already this season. Just back from the game (local team for me), proper rocking atmosphere and well deserved by Oxford outplayed Swansea for 90 minutes..

Have seen Roofe a few times. Has star quality and scores important and often spectacular goals. Biggest issue is he's a bit of a one off - not really a 9, not really a 10. At Oxford, they can base the team around his talent and it works out fine. At Champ level he'd have to fit more into a structure, as he wouldn't be good enough to base the team around. Could he do that, and would he still be effective? Open to question.
Would not be unhappy at all if he signed for us though. We don't have anyone like him and he'd add some spark. £1.5m would probably seal it. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he went to Wolves.
