How do you go about organising tickets for school groups/youth teams?

Does anyone know how you go about organising tickets for youth groups? Who would you contact and is it fairly straightforward?

The shorter answer is to use human contact and the new-fangled telephone thingy -RING THE TICKET OFFICE! Always sound advice. option 5 I think.
